For all students our team of traders and mentors host three interactive webinars each day. During these webinars they will provide audio and visual commentary of current market news and trade ideas with live charts to illustrate their views. If you can't attend the webinars live, then you can view the recording after the event.
In order to gain the maximum benefit from these sessions we actively encourage all attendees to interact via the live chat function. Here you can ask questions or request specific analysis of any particular market.
7.15 am - Overnight news and market activity from New York and Asia Pacific regions, analysis of the Daily Economic Calendar for the day ahead, and a technical view of major (G10) currencies with an expert opinion on the key areas to watch.
12.45 pm - Review of the morning activity in Europe, plus a look ahead to the afternoon trading session, analysing potential technical set ups and trade ideas.
4.30 pm – Review of the afternoon activity in Europe and the early New York sessions, plus a look ahead to the overnight sessions in Asia Pacific markets.

We offer Live Chat functionality to all students both internally or externally. This gives students seamless real-time access to members of our Trading/Mentoring team between 7.00 am and 17.00 London time. The chat is delivered in a very similar format to the Webinar, allowing similar visuals and screen sharing functionality. Students can directly message the team on an anonymous forum giving them the ability to make any technical or fundamental enquiry discussing market moves as they happen.
This is a ticketed enquiry system that allows students to ask more general questions or submit question outwith office hours. The system allows for priority status to be given to any enquiry, with all of the mentoring team receiving the request outwith office hours so a swift resolution to urgent issues can be sought.
