b) Where the student has supplied incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, the student will automatically be withdrawn from the course and will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

2. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves, at all times, in a manner which demonstrates respect for LAT staff, fellow students, members of the public and LAT Property. Breaches of the student code of conduct may constitute gross misconduct, which may lead to expulsion from the course.

3. Withdrawal
a) The student agrees that he/she cannot change, defer or withdraw from the programme without prior consent from LAT. Any failure to start the course as scheduled, without prior notification to the LAT team, will lead to expulsion from the course. No refunds will be given.
b) Where a student has withdrawn from the programme without prior consent, LAT reserve the right to pursue the student for outstanding fees.

4. Exclusion
To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies and associated parties exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.

5. Registration on Course
Registration on the course constitutes registration as a student with LAT and/or IA. Students agree to be bound by LAT and/or IA Code of Conduct (clause 2) and Terms and Conditions of Registration.

6. Refund Policy

Student Default
a) If a student withdraws from any of our courses more than 14 days before commencement of the course he/she is entitled to a full refund less 15% processing fee. Any refunds will be processed within 45 days of claim.

b) 50% refund will be given to any student who withdraws up to 14 days before the commencement of the course.

c) No refund will be given to any student who withdraws after commencement of the course.
Once a delegate has signed their student enrolment form and commenced their given programme they are obliged to pay their tuition fees in full according to their instalment plan.

d) If a student defers their course, the right to submit an application for a refund is waived. Where a student has deferred their course, and subsequently fails or attempts to withdraw from the course, no refunds will be provided save in exceptional circumstances. The Refunds Committee has sole discretion in determining whether or not student’s circumstances are exceptional.
